We do not accept returns for any products due to hygiene and quality reasons. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
2. Exchange for Damaged Products
Exchanges are allowed only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
3. No Exchange for Size or Color Preferences
We do not offer exchanges for size issues, color differences due to lighting, or personal preference. Slight color variations are normal depending on screen settings.
4. Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds. Only exchanges for valid damage cases are available.
5. Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or a missing item, please contact us immediately with proof, and we will resolve it.
6. Exchange Approval
All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval. If the product does not meet our conditions, the request may be declined.
7. Courier Charges
In the case of approved exchanges, customers may need to ship the product back. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
